Coghelm API and MCP server

REST API

• GET https://coghelm.com/api/search?q=meeting+notes: search tools and job guides. Optional type=tools|jobs, category=<slug>, limit (max 100).
• GET https://coghelm.com/api/tools/<slug>: one tool, plus the job guides that recommend it.
• GET https://coghelm.com/api/jobs and GET https://coghelm.com/api/jobs/<slug>: job guides with top pick, alternatives, how-to steps, and FAQ.
• Static dumps: /api/tools.json and /api/jobs.json.
